Bullseye Art was a New York City based art collective that pioneered art and animation on the web. Founded in 1995 by Josh Kimberg, Nick Cogan and Ryan Edwards, the company gained fame for its creation of unique and offbeat interactive cartoons made using Macromedia Flash.
Bullseye Art became well known for its humour with such cartoons as Porkchops, which portrayed a talking donkey in surrealistic situations, and Miss Muffy and the Muff Mob, about a band of rapping muffin-headed girls.A dragon named Hooptie-Goo often appeared as a mascot during the opening or closing credits. Other multi-episode cartoons included Internet – The Animated Series, Rat Chicken, Space Dog, Makin' Moves and The Rhino and Nutmeg Show.[4]
The company was commissioned to do several high profile cartoon segments, the most notable of which was the opening titles for the Rosie O'Donnell Show, for which they were nominated for two Emmy Awards.[5] The animated opening was the first work of Flash Animation to appear on television.They also created the music videos First Tube and You Enjoy Myself for the rock band Phish.
Bullseye Art maintained a free entertainment portal featuring many of the first community features that are now standard on the internet. Revenue was driven by licensing their cartoons to third party sites (Atom Films, Shockwave.com, HBO's Volume.com,[ and from commercial animation (Icebox.com, Kenny the Shark). Bullseye Art shut its doors in 2003 and the founders started a production company named Raw Power.[citation needed] During this period (2003–2004), the majority of the cartoons were unavailable.
In 2005, Josh Kimberg launched the cartoons under the new name Magic Butter.[8] While initially a pay site, MagicButter.com now freely displays all of the old content along with new cartoons, T-shirts for sale, and free downloads such as MP3s, desktop wallpapers, and icons

I KNOW that 3D television technology is not going to be "The Next Big Thing" like many people thought. There's a good chance that it may even end up as a major financial failure. But I'd still like to have a TV with 3D capability since several upcoming big event programs, like the 2012 London Summer Olympic Games, will be broadcast in 3D; and, besides, even if 3D broadcasts go away, these TVs are still very good for regular old high-definition reception. Is the picture quality of glasses-free 3D TVs superior enough to make it worth waiting for the glasses-free 3D TVs to become available in the United States, or should I go ahead and purchase the kind that require glasses? I understand that, when glasses-free 3D TVs Do become available in the United States, they'll retail for $10,000.00, and that's an awful lot of money to spend for a TV, especially since 3D broadcasts are likely to be commercial failures and to go away soon. Also, even though not having to wear the 3D glasses is certainly more convenient, wearing the 3D glasses is not THAT much of an inconvenience. I know that these Yahoo Answers questions go out to countries all around the world, including Japan, where these glasses-free TVs are already on the market. And I know that even people in the United States have seen these glasses-free TVs in the form of demos at exhibitions. So, are they better than the kind that require glasses, or not?

The Wallpaper project began in early 2005 as tweaked satire, Frederic funneling his earliest influences (P-Funk, New Jack, East Bay rap) into two EPs of diced, digital beats and lyrics caricaturing the pop vernacular.

But as the Hyphy hip-hop movement crested in Frederic's backyard, something changed. "I saw that classic Bay Area sound resurfacing," he says, "that same psychedelic, drippy, care-free, funky approach that reigned from Sly Stone to Digital Underground.

" He needed to pay tribute, and in a hail of house parties and homemade discs, Wallpaper was reborn as Ricky Reed, Frederic's disco-smashing doppelganger. This glitz 'n' grit champion of the groove has since become a gilded name in the underground, wooing crowds with a computerized croon, live reinventions of R&B classics, and tales of excess in the Information Age.
